Centrifuge helps small businesses access credit by allowing them to offer real assets, such as real estate, as collateral via tokenization. Borrowers can leverage their assets without using banks or intermediaries, and investors can earn a return and token rewards. Centrifuge’s native token is CFG, which can be used for governance and to pay transaction fees.

Tharsis Labs developed the Evmos blockchain, a Layer 1 Cosmos-based chain with full Ethereum Virtual Machine (“EVM”) support giving it Ethereum compatibility. EVM is the most widely adopted computing standard for smart contract development, so Evmos may receive a great deal of attention from Ethereum developers. EVMOS is the token used for staking, governance and gas consumption.

Zebra Labs enables users to create 3D “Toy” NFTs by putting together unique “Totem NFTs” like building blocks. Totem NFTs are used like 3d building blocks to create TOY NFTs. The company is bringing Chinese celebrities to the metaverse as virtual NFT characters on Douyin videos (Chinese version of TikTok).

Institutional Investors of Crypto

Lingfeng Innovation Fund raised $20 million to invest in web3, and is ultimately targeting a fund size of $30 million. The fund is led by Nicole Zhang, a former Executive Director at Binance Labs. The fund is focusing on pre-Seed to Series A stage investments.
